There's going to be a new mommy on the block!!!

I'M PREGNANT!!

Morgan and I are so excited to be taking this next step in life! We are just so excited to become parents! I'm due Oct. 15. (That puts me at being 12 weeks along). We went to the doctor this morning and were able to hear the heart beat! I really think that it was the best sound that I have heard thus far in my life. Talk about love! I feel so fortunate to have this opportunity to become a mom. We have an ultrasound scheduled in 5 weeks, that's when we should be able to find out if we are having a boy or a girl. :-)
I think this cartoon is just too cute. I've felts pretty good so far, I can't complain! We'll see how I feel this summer! I have a feeling that it's going to be a LONG summer! (I'm not looking forward to 100 degree temps with 100 % humidity...) It will be worth it though!!

3. How long did you date? We were married 1 year and 3 months after we started to date

4. How old are you? I'll be 23 this year, and Morgan is 26.

5. Who eats more? Morgan does, I try not to eat the same as him, he's a big boy!

6. Who said I love you first? We honestly don't remember. I think it must have been mutual.

7. Who is smarter? I'm going to say Morgan. He's the one getting the Master's in the family. He's also really impressive when it comes to Jeopardy! (Although I think I can hold my own!)

8. Whose temper is worse? I think that we have even (and calm) tempers. It's the whole becoming a therapist thing with him...

9. Who does the laundry? I do about 80%. Morgan's really good about it too.

10. Who does the dishes? I'm going to say that it's 60% me, 40% him.

11. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? If you're looking at the bed, I'm on the right side.

12. Who pays the bills? Me! I'm the CFO of the Stinson Fam.

13. Who cooks dinner? I do most nights.

14. Who drives when you are together? It's 50/50.

15. Who is more stubborn? Probably me, but I'm not that stubborn.

16. Whose parents do you see the most? Mine, we live 8 hours from mine, and 16 from his...

17. Who proposed? Morgan did. He surprised me by showing up on a family vacation. It was a midnight stroll on the beach...

18. Who has more friends? Morgan does, he's a really good friend. My best buds are my sisters.

19. Who has more siblings? We both have 3 siblings. Morgan is the youngest, he has 2 brothers and a sister. I'm #3, I have 2 sisters and a brother.

20. Who wears the pants in the family? Morgan does, I don't want them!!

10 Years ago:
March of 1998…. Whoa. Ok, I was only 12, going 13. Man, I’m young! I was in middle school. I think the big thing then for me was playing the French Horn. I think that was the year that I picked it up. I was best buds with Becky and Rachel. I also in a "club" called the Pink Ladies with 3 other girls at school who lived in my neighborhood. We thought we were pretty cool.

5 Things on my To Do List Today!
1. Find places to put the large items I bought at Sam’s.
2. Laundry.
3. Prepare my lesson for YW.
4. Do my taxes. I’ve been a slacker this year…
5. RELAX!

Things I would do if I were a Billionaire
1. Give $$ to each member of my family.2. Buy houses in Georgia, Maine, Utah, and somewhere Tropical. I would also buy a jet to get to each place.
3. Travel the world.
4. Give money to worthy causes and organizations. I think I would be like Ira Fulton is at BYU. Man, she does amazing things!
5. Invest.

Three of my bad habits
1. After I get dressed in the morning, I usually change my mind and throw what ever clothes I had on, onto the floor and it usually piles up for a few days before I clean them up. I’m a slob. (but somehow the rest of the house stays clean, I guess I’m allowed one room to be messy!)
2. I am always making “To Do” lists. Then, when I get home from work, I never look at them! I’m not sure why I constantly do this…
3. An annoying habit… whenever I get into my car, or house, I lock the doors immediately. I think I’m paranoid.

1. I can solve a Rubik’s Cube! I can do it in about 2 minutes! (I'm a nerd)
2. I appeared in “In the Line of Fire,” A rated R movie with Clint Eastwood in it. (Rachel, my sis was in it too).
3. I have a rather large birthmark on my forehead. Thankfully it has faded a bit, and make-up covers it easily.
4. I make it a point daily to drink 64 ounces (1/2 gal.) of water a day.
5. I have recently become addicted to reading various crafty blogs. I love the ideas they have!

SO Excited!

So, I'm totally enthralled by the Twilight series. I just found a picture of what the Cullen family will look like in the movie!! I am SO excited to see this. I just really hope that it plays out as well as it did in my mind as I was reading the books!

On an even more exciting note.... book four comes out in August!!!! Hooray! I think that I know what I'll be doing the second half of July.... rereading books 1-3. Man, I'm a nerd. (I think Morgan thinks so too while I read these... I totally get sucked into them!)

Lollie and Chris are engaged!!

My sister Laura is engaged! I'm so excited for her and her new fiance!

This past week he has been recreating special dates that they have had. The final "date" was a little road trip to San Diego (where his family is...) They saw lots of pretty sites, and at the last one there were a lot of flowers and such... and that's where he proposed!
